ApneaReady is an application designed to support freediving training, training planning, recovery and personal training records.
Readiness values, training recommendations, statistics and other assessments displayed by ApneaReady are intended to provide personal guidance and training support.
ApneaReady is not a medical diagnostic or treatment tool and does not replace medical advice, examination or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Use at your own responsibility
Use of ApneaReady and the decision whether and how to perform a suggested training session remain the responsibility of the user.
Readiness values and recommendations are supportive information and do not guarantee that a person is fit for a particular physical activity or breath-hold session.
Specific safety rules for breath-hold and freediving training are provided under “Terms of Use & Safety”.
3. Apple Health and Apple Watch
ApneaReady may work with Apple Health and Apple Watch where the relevant functionality and permissions are available and enabled.
Apple, Apple Health, Apple Watch, HealthKit and related product and service names are trademarks or services of Apple Inc.
ApneaReady is an independent product and is not operated by Apple Inc.
4. Content and copyright
Texts, design, software, graphics and other content created for ApneaReady are protected by copyright where applicable.
Reproduction, publication, distribution or commercial use of such content outside the intended use of ApneaReady is not permitted without appropriate authorization.
Where content has been provided by third parties with permission for use in ApneaReady, the respective rights remain with the relevant authors or rights holders.
This includes the meditation “Immersion in Goal Achievement” by Kristina Malinovskaya, which was provided by the author with her express permission for use within ApneaReady.
5. Changes and further development
ApneaReady is continuously developed.
Features, training models, presentation and available content may change in future versions.
